Praxair Co. Ltd., a Thailand subsidiary of Danbury-based industrial gas provider Praxair Inc. , will build a new, energy-efficient carbon dioxide plant in Map Ta Phut. With a capacity of 300 tons of liquid carbon dioxide a day, it is scheduled to come on line at the end of next year.
